About me
Hello and welcome,
I’m an experienced integrative counsellor offering a safe place for adults and young adults to make sense of whatever’s been taking up space in their minds.
As a trauma informed therapist, I work with anxiety, depression, stress, abuse, loss and difficulties in relationships. I also offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy, and value and support neurodivergent ways of being - including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia.
Aside from counselling, I have worked for many years in corporate business environments. This experience has given me a grounded understanding of the unique pressures that can come with high-demand workplaces - including long hours, performance expectations and the often blurred boundaries between professional and personal life.
My approach is integrative and relational, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic methods and tailor our work together based on your unique needs and preferences. At the heart of this is relationship, building a space of trust, openness, and respect where you feel safe to explore what matters most to you.
I bring warmth, empathy and a sense of humour. I can be gently challenging where necessary, while being supportive and compassionate.
Depending on what works best for you, I offer both short and long-term counselling, either face-to-face or online. We’ll work collaboratively, at your pace, to explore what you’re facing and find a way forward that feels meaningful and manageable.
Perhaps you’ve been thinking about starting counselling for a while but feel uncertain about taking that first step. Counselling can provide a space to pause, reflect, and be truly heard. I believe therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about supporting all parts of you, helping you make sense of your experience, and reconnecting with your inner clarity.
I’m here to meet you wherever you are, without pressure or judgment.
