About me
I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, particularly if you are used to coping alone or being the person others rely on. My aim is to offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.
I work with people experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, bereavement and loss, health-related anxiety, relationship and family difficulties, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, caring responsibilities and significant changes in life. You may also simply feel overwhelmed, stuck or aware that something does not feel quite right, without knowing exactly why.
As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, I do not believe that a single approach suits everyone. I work collaboratively and adapt therapy to you as an individual, drawing on different therapeutic approaches where appropriate.
I don't see counselling as being about “fixing” you or telling you what you should do. Instead, we can explore your experiences together, begin to understand patterns that may be affecting you, and make space for feelings that may have been difficult to manage alone.
I offer face-to-face counselling in North-West London as well as online counselling, allowing you to choose the format that feels most comfortable and practical.
If you are considering counselling but are unsure whether I would be the right therapist for you, you are very welcome to get in touch. We can have an initial conversation and decide together whether working with me feels right for you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
