About me
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like life’s just too much right now? You don’t need to go through it alone.
I’m Maisie, a qualified and accredited therapist. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship struggles, complicated family dynamics, body image issues, bereavement, and much more. If life feels heavy or confusing right now, I’m here to help you make sense of it, and slowly feel lighter again.
Therapy with me is honest, human, and full of heart. You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a space where you can be real, no pressure, no judgement🌸.
I’m an integrative therapist, which means I adapt therapy to you. I draw from different approaches depending on what you need; from person-centred and psychodynamic therapy, to Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), EMDR, solution-focused work, assertiveness tools, acceptance and commitment strategies, and compassion-focused therapy. Basically: I’ve got the tools, and I’ll meet you where you are.
Some days that means sitting with pain you’ve buried. Other days, it’s untangling beliefs that make you feel “not enough,” or learning how to set boundaries without guilt. Whatever you’re bringing, we’ll make space for it, at your pace, on your terms.
This isn’t about quick fixes that don't get to root causes of your challenges, or toxic positivity. It’s about slowly coming home to yourself, learning how to feel, cope, and live in a way that doesn’t drain you.
If you’re tired of carrying it all alone, and something in this feels like a ‘yes’. I’d love to hear from you.
Come as you are. Stay as long as you need. Leave as more of yourself.
