About me
Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) is a collaborative therapy model developed for the NHS to help people struggling with all mental health difficulties and relational problems. Due to its focus on therapeutic relationships and mapping tools it is a very successful therapy offered over 16 or 24 sessions which really transforms your understanding of yourself, your symptoms and improves wellbeing and relationships. It’s a therapy that teaches you to be your own therapist to give lasting improvements. CAT Hub is for patients from 17 years up and offers online CAT. We are based in Cambridge. Please visit CAT Hub for more information: https://www.cognitiveanalytictherapyhub.co.uk.
