About us

WHAT DO YOU SEEK?

Struggling? Exhausted? Feel like you're drowning behind closed doors? Not frivolous enough for AI therapy? Other therapists seem judgmental, don't get you, won't listen? With me you can talk about anything. I'll treat you with compassion, empathy, and care. I’m also forthright and candid, and much more tools-oriented than schools-oriented. I believe you're the expert in you - even if you're not yet aware of it - and my role is to help you find that, and bring my own holistic vision, experience, training, and expertise to the table. I'm the specialist to help you become the best possible, most fulfilled version of you, starting now.

THE PLACE TO GO

I am co-founder of Bloom Unlimited UK, Ltd. We are an integrative, science-informed, multi-disciplinary company with a dual focus on both professional development and confidential personal therapy offerings. We are also available for organisational and public policy consulting on related topics. I've helped hundreds of people, who've tried other methods but have been missing key integrative techniques, to go from feeling despondent over recurrent problems to being more confident in themselves - and their capacities to heal - by applying tools from neuroscience, reprocessing experiences, and taking the reins of meaning in their lives. Need help discerning core values, scripts, priorities, thoughts, emotions, decisions, & behaviours? Missing this ingredient for a life that's more fulfilling? At Bloom, we favour the Human Flourishing™ and HISTORY™ (Humanistic Integrative Sequential Temporal Outcomes-focused Relational & whY-restructuring) models - no-nonsense, compassionate ways to get you from "stuck" to "free."

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
