About me
We all experience times in our life when we feel overwhelmed, lost, confused or alone. Issues from the past or the present can affect us anytime and leave us feeling unsure of how to regain control of our life, enjoy the present and look to the future.
As a qualified counsellor, I am trained and highly experienced to help support you in developing an understanding of who you are and your place in the world; and to help you break free from whatever is holding you back. I’ll provide the tools to help you work toward positive changes.
I have worked as a therapist for over 15 years. The presenting issues I have supported people with are broad ranging; from common issues like anxiety and relationship issues, to the more complex and traumatic. I have worked extensively counselling individuals, couples and families. I provide wellbeing consultancy services and executive coaching to corporate organisations and the education sector. I am also a qualified family, civil and commercial mediator, experienced in helping individuals and organisations resolve conflict, amicably and professionally.
Getting Started
The first step is always the hardest. If you’re ready, call 07547417559 or email your enquiry and we will reply within 24 hours, or 48 hours, if your enquiry is sent over a weekend.
We understand life can be difficult; we're here to make Counselling as simple and effective as possible!
More About Me
My counselling is effective and confidential. I offer short or long-term counselling, from an integrative framework, which means I am able to draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy and adapt my approach in a way that best meets your needs. I am also a trained family and commercial mediator, mindfulness practitioner and Life Coach, and can incorporate my knowledge and training to support your therapeutic needs. As well as individuals, couples, families and adolescents, I work with schools and employers, which gives me a rounded and coherent view of the world. I work predominately online via zoom or when appropriate, face-time. I have a therapy room in Central Bromley where we can meet conveniently, confidentially and comfortably.
Therapy can help most emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties we experience in our life; and can even help us with some of the more common things like periods of depression, stress or anxiety. Whatever your concern, contact me to see if counselling can help you!

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
