About me

Embodied Psychotherapy follows a humanistic, relational approach with a focus on the body-mind connection.
I am interested in you, and what you bring to the space, and how we can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours through embodiment and the 'person to person' relationship.
My aim is to provide you with a safe, confidential space which offers the opportunity to talk through various issues as well as for self-development and growth.

Additional information
You can choose to work verbally, or using movement, or a combination of both. The option to work creatively through art, or other creative fields, is also available to support you during the sessions.
I offer in-person sessions from my practice based in Wigan and work online via Zoom from the Chorley site. The option of hybrid sessions (a mixture of both online and in-person) is also available.
