About me
Life is filled with choices, yet there are times when uncertainty or feeling stuck can make it hard to find the path that feels right. A little guidance can help you rediscover what truly resonates with you.
Using a therapeutic approach, everything revolves around you—your emotions, your life experiences, and your personal story. My goal is to create a warm, secure space where you feel supported in uncovering and understanding the deeper layers of your inner world. This is a private space where anything you share is treated with care, respect, and total confidentiality. I want you to feel at ease expressing yourself openly, knowing that our discussions remain completely protected.
Together, we can look at the connections between your past and present, exploring how early relationships and significant moments might still shape your current life.
Whether you find yourself stuck in recurring relationship patterns, wrestling with self-doubt, or creatively blocked, this work is about helping you understand the origins of those struggles. I believe that as we make sense of your history, you gain more freedom to shape your present and future.
I work with people from all walks of life and many individuals in the creative industry and understand the distinctive pressures and vulnerabilities that can accompany pursuing a creative path. Whether you're navigating the highs and lows of inspiration, the exposure that comes with sharing your work, or the uncertainty of career choices, I recognize that creativity often ties deeply to identity and self-worth. This is your space to reflect on how these aspects connect with your inner world.
You are at the center of this process, and I’m here to help you work through any challenges that arise—whether it’s grappling with perfectionism, doubts, or uncertainty about your direction.
The relationship we create in this work is a cornerstone of the process. By observing how we interact, we can uncover patterns that reflect your broader relationships. If, for instance, certain emotional responses or tendencies surface between us, we can explore what they might signify within your life context. This relational focus allows us to address stuck points in the moment, offering insight into how you relate to others and how these dynamics might evolve toward more fulfilling connections.
Throughout this journey, I emphasize compassion and understanding. I know that some emotions can be difficult to articulate, and that’s completely okay. There’s no urgency to reach any destination, and no judgment of where you are. We proceed at your pace, focusing on what feels most meaningful to you. I’m here to listen deeply, help you untangle what might be holding you back, and support you in discovering authentic and freer ways of being.
Confidentiality is a foundational element of our work. You can trust that anything you share with me remains within this space. This trust allows you to feel secure enough to delve into the parts of yourself that may feel uncertain or vulnerable. Ultimately, this work is about helping you build a stronger connection to yourself and others. It’s about fostering self-understanding, gaining clarity, and developing the confidence to express yourself fully in every area of your life. Everything we do is centered around you—your needs, your perspectives, and your personal growth.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
