About me
Hello, I'm Lucia.
If you're here, maybe something in your relationships isn't sitting right. Maybe you're feeling anxious, stuck in the same patterns, being misunderstood constantly, or you've slowly lost yourself trying to make things work. Whatever has brought you to this point, reaching out takes courage.
I'm a relationship therapist working online with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves more deeply and break cycles that are keeping them unhappy. My approach is integrative and relational which means our sessions are tailored to you rather than shaped by a single method.
Together, we might explore where your patterns come from (past relationships, family dynamics, friendships) while also exploring the present (managing anxiety, communicating your needs, navigating conflict without shutting down, and stopping to abandon yourself in the process). The pace and direction of our work is always led by what feels most useful for you.
Our work together is grounded in curiosity, warmth, and honesty. I'll offer you a space where you can slow things down, make sense of what's really going on, and start building relationships, including the one you have with yourself, from a more secure and grounded place.
I have experience working with relational anxiety, anxious attachment, self-doubt, autism, ADHD, low self-worth, communication difficulties, and relationship issues. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and identities, and I strive to create a space where all parts of who you are are welcomed.
Sessions for individuals and couples are held online, offering flexibility and privacy, and usually take place weekly or bi-weekly for 50 minutes (individuals) or 1.5 hours (couples).
(Individual therapy only) Starting therapy is a big step and I know that the cost, the time commitment, and the uncertainty of not knowing what to expect can all get in the way of reaching out. To make it easier to take that first step, I offer the first 4 sessions at £50 each. If after those sessions you feel ready to continue working together, the fee moves to £65 per 50-minute session.
(Couple's/Relationship Therapy) I offer couples and relationship counselling to all, inclusive of all gender, sexual, or relationship diversity (including consensual non-monogamy).
If you're wondering whether we'd be a good fit, you're very welcome to get in touch or book in an introductory call. Sometimes that first message is the hardest part, but it can also be the start of real change.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Sessions are private, held weekly or bi-weekly, and last 50 minutes for individuals or 1.5 hours for couples. At this time, I’m working exclusively online to offer flexibility and accessibility.
If you’re a student or navigating a lower income, feel free to get in touch, I may be able to offer a reduced-fee session to support you.
Couple's/Relationship Therapy
I will have an initial 15-30 minute consultation call with each partner. If both decide to continue, I will email a relationship questionnaire for each partner to complete. We will then agree on a first session that will be an assessment. From there, you can make an informed decision as to whether you want to engage in the process of couple's therapy.
