About me
Hello, my name is Lucia.
Taking the step to seek therapy and considering if we’ll be the right fit can feel daunting. To help you decide, here’s a bit about my approach. I’m warm, empathetic, and inclusive, creating a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can feel genuinely seen and heard.
We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you, exploring what brought you here—even if that’s not yet fully clear. My goal is to empower you with tools and insights that support the changes you’re seeking, so you can move forward confidently in the life you want to create.
As an integrative therapist, I adapt my approach to best suit your individual needs, whether that means exploring past experiences to understand and shift present patterns or focusing on what’s unfolding in your life right now.
I know that the first therapy session can feel a bit overwhelming, so to help ease any concerns, I’ll send you a Client Registration Form to complete before we meet. During our initial session, we’ll go through this form together, and I may ask questions to gain a deeper understanding of your responses. We’ll explore your reasons for seeking therapy in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
I have experience supporting clients across diverse experiences and identities, including gender diversity, sexuality, disability, and race. My goal is to create a space where every aspect of who you are is respected, valued, and genuinely supported.
Sessions are private, held weekly, and last 50 minutes. At this time, I’m working exclusively online to offer flexibility and accessibility.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
