About me

Hi I'm Louise. I'm a qualified Humanistic Counsellor with a variety of experience supporting adults (16+) through a range of life's challenges. Alongside my private practice I have worked with people affected by Cancer and their family/friends. As well as foster carers, parents and carers of family members with additional needs and students at Southampton and Bournemouth Universities.  Before retraining as a counsellor I was an Early Years Teacher for over 15 years an experience that continues to shape my understanding of relationships, development and the importance of being truly seen and heard.

Whether you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lost, grieving, facing change or simply looking for somewhere to pause and reflect, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you on your life journey.

Message me, lets have a chat and see if I can help.
