About me

A warm welcome to my page. You have taken a courageous first step by seeking out sources of support. Every now and then life can become overwhelming with obstacles that can be difficult to overcome. It may be a relationship that brings in the challenge or a social, behavioural, financial or work related issue or you may have past experiences that are still impacting your life today. The worries that keep you up at night may be due to many reasons but if they are taking over and leave you feeling isolated, fraught or exhausted it might be time to seek support from someone who can help you navigate through the difficult time. Whether you're seeking specific change or healing from deep wounds I can help.

As an integrative therapist I use a number of different approaches in my work. I tailor sessions to your needs. You are a unique person after all.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent 6 years working as a psychology lecturer in a University in the UK. I also have many years’ experience as a holistic therapist both teaching and practicing. In our work together we will be looking to integrate you as a whole person: body, mind and spirit.

I’m looking forward to meeting you so that together we can work towards resolutions. Please get in touch with a call or text to set up a free initial session when we can talk about what you want to get out of counselling; if you are happy to continue we can agree a regular time for ongoing appointments.
