I have availability for In person sessions in Chesterfield and Sheffield and online for those that prefer the comfort of there own home and the ease of having to not travel.
I provide professional counselling and psychotherapy tailored to your unique experiences, supporting you through life’s challenges with care, warmth, and attentiveness. Life can be difficult at times, navigating this on our own can feel overwhelming. I’m here to walk alongside you at your own pace, helping you move toward greater balance, clarity, and emotional well-being.
My training includes psychoanalysis, person-centred therapy, and CBT. This allows me to work in flexible way, together we shape the work around your needs and goals.
I work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss in all its forms, trauma (including childhood trauma), abuse, addictive patterns, relationship problems and periods of deep transition. You do not have to face these experiences alone, together, we can find a way forward.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
