About me

Hello to you

I’m a qualified integrative therapist, though I work mainly in a person-centred way. For me, therapy is about the relationship first. I don’t believe change comes from techniques alone, it grows from feeling genuinely heard, understood, and safe enough to be yourself. I believe we should be free to live fearlessly and genuinely, and that everyone deserves support and acceptance for who they are.

I work exclusively online, which means you can access therapy from a space that feels familiar, comfortable and convenient. Online sessions can also make it easier to fit therapy around work, family, or energy levels.

Even through a screen, connection matters to me and I aim to offer a space that feels calm, steady and real. I can be direct and gently challenge you when it's helpful but I'm not here to push or overwhelm you.  We move at your pace, with room for uncertainty, emotion, silence or whatever might need space in the session.

I bring both professional training and lived experience of neurodivergence and this informs how I approach therapy, with care, empathy and flexibility. I aim to work in a way that feels affirming and adaptable. You don’t need to mask here. You don’t need to explain everything perfectly. You are welcome as you are.  I value difference and I work in ways that honour your unique way of experiencing the world. Whether you are neurodivergent or not, you are welcome here.

I have an interest in mindfulness, somatic approaches and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and am keen to deepen my understanding. I’m curious about the ways our bodies hold and communicate experience. I enjoy exploring how different parts of ourselves and our bodily sensations can deepen understanding of who we are.

If you're thinking about therapy, you're very welcome to reach out. I would love to have a conversation with you and see if we might be able to work together. I offer a free 20-minute call to answer any questions you may have and to see if we might be the right fit.

Warm wishes to you.

Louise
