About me
Welcome to you
I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a person-centred ethos. We will work together at your pace, with you leading our sessions in the direction you want to go - if you are unsure which path to take, I can help you to explore this.
Drawing on a range of tools and strategies from several counselling styles, I can support you in exploring what you want to - be it experiences of the past, things you are finding difficult in the present, or worries you have about the future.
Our relationship together is central to the work we do, creating an environment where you can feel safe to work at a deeper level. I will offer you a space free of judgement where we can build a mutually respectful and trusting relationship, helping to bring about a deeper awareness, understanding and the conditions needed for positive change.
In my private practice, I work, exclusively online, with a range of issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship and communication difficulties, family struggles, stress and depression.
I firmly believe that everyone should be free to live fearlessly and genuinely and we are all entitled to support and acceptance for who we are.
I would love to talk with you and see if we might be able to work together. I offer a free 20-minute telephone call to answer any questions you may have.
Warm wishes to you.
