About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with nearly 10 years of NHS experience working in a variety of settings and with people who have many different presentations of distress.
I am excited to now be offering psychological therapy both face to face and online.
Together, we'll explore where you want to be in life and what might be standing in your way. Rather than focusing on diagnoses or labels, I'll support you in creating a meaningful narrative of your life and identifying the challenges that might be hindering your well-being. My goal is to guide you in overcoming these obstacles and empower you to experiment with new ways of showing up, so you can reach your fullest potential.
My approach is integrative in that I draw on a number of psychological theories and models to meet your needs, rather than try to fit you into a model that doesn't necessarily reflect your experience.
No matter how many sessions we have or how long we work together, my goal is to create a space where you can feel supported and understood. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental approach that allows you to explore and develop your authentic self.
I offer a free 15 minute telephone or online consultation to discuss your needs or any questions you may have prior to your first session.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
