About me

Welcome to my profile!

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of NHS experience, working across a range of settings with individuals experiencing many different forms of distress.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on a variety of psychological theories and models to best meet your individual needs—rather than fitting you into a framework that may not fully reflect your experience.

I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and accepted. My work is grounded in compassion and curiosity, offering a non-judgmental environment where you can explore and connect with your authentic self.

Rather than focusing solely on diagnoses or labels, I support you in developing a meaningful understanding of your life story and the challenges that may be impacting your well-being. Together, we’ll work to overcome these obstacles and empower you to experiment with new ways of being—helping you move toward greater confidence, balance, and fulfilment.

I practice in a trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and neuro-affirming way, rooted in respect, authenticity, and the belief that everyone deserves to be seen and valued as they truly are.

I offer a free 15-minute telephone or online consultation, providing an opportunity to discuss your needs and any questions you may have before beginning therapy.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
