About me

I am experienced psychotherapist, CBT practitioner and a Psychosexual & Relationship therapist. I work with individual and couples offering bespoke therapy to suit you. I am here to help you discover why your life, at the moment is confusing and difficult to navigate. We all have times where we are unable to separate events and situations out. Counselling can help you work through issues and allow for personal growth, becoming more aware and build a new pathway for yourself.

Challenges are a part of life and how we deal with them enables us to understand and find a new way forward Without conflict there is no growth, having a clear insight into the problem can benefit you/both, and the behaviour can be measured and emerging childhood patterns can be acknowledged.

As I work with a varied age group I hold a current DBS certificate and work with teenagers, adults and couples. My approach is described as, sensitive, warm, challenging and accepting. I offer a space in Chandlers Ford & Andover Hampshire. You will be able to explore with me, what is going on for you, looking to change patterns. I believe I can offer you a refreshing look at what is going on for you/both. Allowing yourself to act instead of react to life's challenges.

I work with individuals and couples who are finding that their relationships are struggling, communication is awkward and your sexual relationship has become mundane or disappeared. I work with psychosexual issues & dysfunctions sexual and emotional abuse, improving communication, anxiety, and improving self confidence. All my work is to empower the client to become more authentic and look at all relationships and communication issues.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
