About me

Hello, it's great you are here! I help both adults and children get back on track as soon as possible so that you can start enjoying the life you wish to. I specialise in all educational matters and have a vast experience with parents, staff and students. Human Givens Therapy is refreshing and very special as it is fast, effective and long lasting.

When someone’s daily life becomes heavy with personal difficulty, and they often cannot find a way through it themselves, they can suffer from distressing feelings of insecurity or loss of control.

I understand how life can seem so difficult and everything just feels too much. You will not be asked to talk at length about the past, we will only discuss what we need to so that you have a more positive mind and able to think more clearly, enabling you to make positive life changes. I work with all kinds of emotional distress including depression, anxiety, panic attacks and stress. I can offer the Rewind or Fast Phobia cure treatments. We can have a free 15 minute telephone discussion where you can briefly outline what you need help with.

When we meet we can look at where issues are and what is causing them and work at a pace that suits you to correct these issues.

No one should need to face issues alone and I really do look forward to helping you very soon. Make contact today and we can book an appointment.

Training, qualifications & experience

I work with adults and children and specialise in working with teachers and educational staff, students and parents. With over 25 years in education and a registered psychotherapist, I am fully equipped to guide you through challenging times.
