About me
I specialise in supporting teenagers, young adults and students who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected or under pressure. They may be struggling with emotions, confidence, relationships, identity, study or life transitions and feel unsure how to move forward. With over 20 years’ experience working alongside students, I offer a supportive space to help young people understand themselves, develop self-awareness and discover new ways of coping. I also support parents who are concerned about their young person and want guidance around accessing support.
My approach is relational, compassionate and collaborative. Grounded in an integrative humanistic approach, I draw on Hakomi-informed and DBT-informed practices to support emotional awareness, self-understanding and practical coping skills. I offer therapy tailored to each individual, including walk-and-talk sessions for those who may find being outdoors helps conversations feel more natural.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you have been managing difficult thoughts, feelings or experiences alone. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where we can work at your pace. Whether you are seeking support, insight or practical tools for change, I welcome you to explore whether we might be a good fit.

Further information
I have over 20 years’ experience working alongside students, supporting young people through the challenges of education, relationships, identity and transitions into adulthood. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, both for young people and their parents, and I aim to make the process as comfortable and accessible as possible.
Alongside traditional therapy sessions, I offer walk-and-talk therapy, which can be particularly helpful for young people who find it easier to open up while moving side-by-side rather than sitting face-to-face.
I work collaboratively, respecting each person’s pace and individuality. I welcome conversations with parents who are concerned about their teenager and would like to explore what support may be helpful.
I practise within the ethical framework of my professional membership and am committed to maintaining safe, thoughtful and responsible therapeutic practice. I receive regular clinical supervision and continue to develop my skills through ongoing professional learning and reflection.
