About me

Hi I am Lorena, as a pluralistic counsellor with a background working with anxiety, depression, trauma and grief with adults and young people, I am offering a safe and non-judgemental space to support you my client to move towards awareness, understanding, and access the deepest emotions. My aim is  to support you in achieving your goals, to work towards resilience and find the best solution for a self compassioned life.

I believe that you my dear client have the path to healing you just need support, empathy  and a non-judgemental space to discover your way.

Life can be quite a challenge at times,  and if the level of stress becomes overwhelming this can have an impact on the health, well-being, work and family, the people we love and care for.
