Lizzie Hayes (PGCert, NCPS Accred.) An experienced Integrative Therapist and accredited supervisor. My approach is rooted in a collaborative, solution-focused approach, underpinned by empathy, humour, and a deep respect for individual narratives.
With postgraduate qualifications in integrative counselling, couples therapy, and trauma-informed interventions. I support clients across a broad spectrum of ages and presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, relational conflict, and trauma. My therapeutic ethos centres on cultivating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can access their innate resilience and achieve meaningful personal growth.
As a supervisor, foster professional development and ethical practice through relational warmth, constructive challenge, and reflective inquiry. I tailor supervision to the unique needs of each practitioner, promoting confidence and continuous learning.
Whether working remotely or in person, Lizzie combines expertise with genuine curiosity and compassion, empowering both clients and supervisees to move forward with clarity and confidence.

I offer supervision to both qualified and student counsellors. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society of Psychotherapy, holding a Postgraduate certificate in supervision.
