About me
Wearing a mask and trying to hold everything together can be exhausting. From the outside, you look like you're coping, but inside it feels like hard work. Maybe you're the person everyone turns to, yet you're not sure who you can turn to. We can start wherever you are.
I offer online and in person counselling for adults and young people struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, difficult relationships, or the lasting impact of past experiences and Trauma.
You might find yourself overthinking everything, doubting yourself, or feeling responsible for everyone else's needs while putting your own last. Together, we'll begin to understand what's been happening, why it feels so hard, and what needs to change.
My approach is warm, down to earth and Trauma informed. I won't expect you to have the right words or all the answers. We'll work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what matters most and helping you feel more able to cope with everyday life.
I offer weekly online counselling across the UK and in person sessions from Central Milton Keynes.
I also offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation so we can talk about what's bringing you to counselling and whether working together feels like the right fit.
