About me

I recognise how difficult the first step may be to access counselling, and offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what may be at the root of feeling a certain way, navigating life events, or creating boundaries within your life.

These may include bereavement, trauma, anxiety, relationships, loneliness, stress, low self-esteem, or life changes such as short/long term health diagnoses or menopause.

I have rooted experience and training in bereavement via suicide and can offer support throughout.

I offer therapeutic counselling to young people and adults, offering face to face counselling in Wells next the Sea, or via telephone/ Zoom. I offer relationship counselling face to face.

I'm an integrative counsellor, drawing on a number of approaches to ensure I work to the needs of each individual.

I have worked within the NHS, MIND and currently work with two local charities, offering counselling services.

I offer qualified supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors.

I can integrate menopause coaching, or it can be accessed as a standalone service. Happy to facilitate group work if required - please contact me for more info.
