I am qualified counsellor, with a  BA(Hons) Level in Integrative Therapy, and also work as a menopause coach.

The core of my client work is within a men's mental health charity, private practice and working with women and their families to navigate the menopause.

I have additional training in working with neurodiverse clients and support a high proportion of my clients through to diagnosis.

My theoretical approach includes a blend of Person-centred, CBT, Transactional Analysis.

I can offer a warm and empathetic space to explore client work, offering my experience and awareness to your needs, within a boundaried approach.

I work with both the 7 eyed model and the developmental model.

I welcome student counsellors at a reduced rate of £45 per hour. Please contact me to arrange an introductory call or for more information. Happy to work with individuals and small groups (up to 4) - £50 per hour.

Supervision is also available to other healthcare professionals.

I am based in Burnham Thorpe, Norfolk for face to face work. Zoom is also available.  I work Tuesday - Friday and have early morning/evening availability.
