About me

My approach to psychotherapy is to work with integrating feeling, thought and behaviour that will improve mental, emotional and often physical well-being, allowing you to feel whole, grow and live confidently.

Integrative psychotherapy includes exploring together, at your pace, how your environment from the past has shaped your present way of being. Within Integration we explore new ways of being in the present.

Integrative Psychotherapy integrates a range of relational and developmental theories, which theories are integrated depends on an individual’s experiences, this allows the therapy to be tailored to an individual.
