About me

I am an experienced and compassionate Psychologist with Chartered Membership of the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. I run a private psychology practice in Leeds City Centre offering therapeutic services to adults.

Training, qualifications & experience

Previously, I have worked in the NHS with young people who have experienced psychosis. I have also worked for charities with trauma survivors presenting with complex and chronic anxiety. Currently, I work in private practice as it is my preferred area, allowing me to work with people from various strands of life affected by diverse debilitating issues such as anxiety, guilt, anger, depression, relational difficulties, pain management, sexual difficulties, sleeping problems, stress, OCD and others.

I abide by ethical standards set by the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council UK. This way you can feel reassured that the treatment you receive is ethical and evidence based.
