About me
Hello, If you’ve found your way here, you’re likely searching for a safe, supportive space to explore your challenges and create meaningful change.
I'm Leyla, a warm and compassionate therapist who deeply believes in the transformative power of being truly heard.
My approach is straightforward yet deeply empathetic, grounded in the belief that resilience and personal growth emerge when we face life’s challenges head-on. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you uncover your inner strength and guiding you towards growth and healing.
Therapy is not about avoiding discomfort but about finding the courage to embrace it and develop the tools to navigate through it. I don’t advocate for forced positivity or quick fixes. Instead, I focus on fostering genuine, lasting change that empowers you to live authentically.
If you’re ready to explore, grow, and embrace your true self, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, understanding, and meaningful progress.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can bring both deep joy and profound challenges. Whether you're struggling with communication, feeling disconnected, or navigating a difficult transition, couples therapy provides a space to explore and strengthen your relationship.
My approach is person-centred and integrates interpersonal mediation, ensuring both partners feel heard, valued, and understood. Our work together will help you recognise unhelpful patterns, improve communication, rebuild trust, and find a way forward—whether that means healing together or gaining clarity on the best path ahead.
Individual Therapy
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Individual therapy offers a space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that fosters self-awareness, resilience, and change.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, life transitions, relationship struggles, or past experiences that still weigh on you, our sessions will focus on what truly matters to you. My role is to provide support, challenge where needed, and help you develop the tools to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to help. Let’s take the next step together.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
