About me
With training in a range of counselling approaches, I work with empathy, understanding, and respect to tailor my approach to the unique needs of each individual. I believe that creating a safe and supportive environment is essential in allowing people to feel heard, understood, and valued.
Training, qualifications & experience
My path into counselling has been influenced by over 20 years of experience working in the care sector. During that time, I have seen firsthand how people can struggle with emotional challenges in times of need and require support. This left me with a strong desire to help people navigate difficult experiences and improve their emotional wellbeing. This led me to train as a counsellor and gain a professional diploma in counselling, and I now hold accredited registration with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
