About me
Imagine everything that’s going on for you right now, that’s brought you here. Imagine yourself a year from now, if nothing changes. And then five years from now. What do you feel?
Now imagine experiencing 50-minutes or so each week that are transformative, each time leaving with hope, with new understanding. Imagine that, sometime in the not-so-distant future, you leave counselling a changed person – whatever that might mean for you.
Now what do you feel?
I want to help, and almost always can help, because I’ve experienced life’s difficulties as well as its beauty. Chances are I’ve experienced something like what you’re feeling right now. I know that pain.
I can get to the root of the issue quickly and determine the way forward. It’ll be hard, but you can be assured of my dedication and determination in understanding and supporting you to change. Because if we’re going to beat this together, we need to really connect.
I offer in-person counselling from a quiet, relaxing, and easy to reach therapy centre in Harborne, or online sessions if you’d prefer the convenience of counselling from your own home. If you’d like to know more, I’m just an email, phone call or text away.
I offer a free introductory call to begin with (click “Book intro call” if you’d like to book a call from me via this website) and then a reduced cost first session. These are to help you ensure that I’m the right counsellor for you.
Feel free to get in touch today. I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
