About me
Helping You Light Up Instead of Burn Out
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck in a cycle of stress, burnout, or anxiety? If your self-esteem is holding you back, and self-care feels like an impossible task, I’m here to help you shift that narrative. Together, we can work on reclaiming your confidence, setting boundaries, and breaking free from the patterns that no longer serve you.
What I Offer
As an accredited Psychotherapist, I specialise in helping those who struggle with burnout, stress, and anxiety. My approach is tailored to help you navigate these challenges and guide you toward living a life where you feel empowered, confident, and unapologetically yourself.
No more trying to fit into stuffy therapy rooms or feeling like you’re just ticking a box. I offer a modern, relatable, and supportive space—whether locally or online—where you’ll feel comfortable exploring what’s truly holding you back.
My Approach
When you work with me, we’ll break down your goals into small, achievable steps. You’ll gain clarity on your thoughts, reframe limiting beliefs, and develop tools that allow you to confidently tackle life’s challenges—even when the unexpected happens.
You’ll feel supported every step of the way as we develop a roadmap to reduce stress, combat burnout, and reclaim the confidence to live life on your terms.
How It Works
Free 20-Minute Consultation
The journey begins with a complimentary 20-minute connection call. This is where we get to know each other, and you get a feel for whether I’m the right therapist for you.
Tailored Therapy
If we move forward, I’ll learn more about your personal situation in our first session, then tailor our approach to your specific needs. Whether you want to overcome anxiety, set healthier boundaries, or finally break free from burnout, I’ll help you create a personalised, actionable plan.
Why Choose Me?
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and adhere to the highest standards of ethical practice. With full professional liability insurance and regular supervision, you can trust that I am fully committed to delivering the best service for you. Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
