About me

Are you exhausted by the complex pressures of life? Does something not feel quite right in your world, but you aren't sure how to tackle it—or even express it? Maybe you are constantly in "survival mode," navigating a major life event, the end of a relationship, or a significant personal change at home or at work.

Life in this fast-paced, "always on," hyper-connected world can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves, our bodies, and our relationships. If you are struggling with anxiety, a general sense of unease, or the weight of a demanding career, I offer a space where you can finally slow down to find you in it all.

Together, we will make sense of your "felt experiences" and personal stories to break cycles of unhappiness. My goal is to help you understand and make meaning of what has happened in your life, providing the insight needed to spark genuine change.

My Approach is wholistic on multiple levels, I don’t just focus on the big events; I pay attention to the full picture, which isn't always easy to see on your own. I incorporate what’s happening in your body, your nervous system, and your emotional world to bring about understanding and connections.

We will also explore repeating patterns of behavior that influence your relationship with yourself, your significant others, and your overall health. By bringing these elements together, we can move you out of survival mode and into a place of resilience, connection, and safety.
