About me
As a psychotherapist, I'm deeply passionate about how our personal and intimate life stories shape our experiences in today's fast-paced and demanding world, particularly the constant pressure to be 'always on.' I'm fascinated by how these experiences impact our relationships, health, and happiness.
A key focus of my work is understanding and regulating the nervous system, often neglected in our fast-paced and demanding lives. Learning to understand your unique nervous system and developing effective coping mechanisms can significantly improve your sense of balance and physical and emotional resilience.
I work with individuals and professionals experiencing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. I understand the unique pressures of demanding careers and am passionate about helping you cultivate greater emotional resilience and achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life. I also work with individuals facing:
- Depression
- Bullying
- Nervous system Regulation
- Workplace challenges
- Career changes
- Life transitions
- Bereavement
- LGBTQ+ counselling
- Redundancy
- Spirituality
My approach is collaborative and holistic, combining talking therapy with practical tools like breathwork and stress management techniques (such as mindfulness and meditation), as well as creative techniques like drawing and visualisation to explore your inner world. I work to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, understand your body, and develop a deeper connection with yourself. By addressing the underlying causes of stress and promoting nervous system regulation, I help you enhance your well-being, improve your relationships, and achieve greater success in all areas of your life.
Training, qualifications & experience
Qualified as a psychotherapist from the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Eduction (CCPE), I am a member of the UKCP
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
