About me
Meet conveniently online from your work or home to improve your wellbeing and mental health. Please note that sessions are online, and not reflected in the profile address, available UK-wide.
I offer specialist psychological services for anxiety, depression and trauma. With more than 15 years of experience and working in remote therapy since 2019, I also specialise in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Re-processing).
I help people get unstuck from sticky human stuff and learn some ways to keep moving towards meaning and purpose in life. Together we explore what's got you stuck, find a way out via specialist psychological approaches & discover useful skills.
The phone number listed on the profile is voicemail only. I'd recommend emailing and I will send you a booking link for a complimentary 15-minute videocall.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Further information
Since 2019 I have specialised in remote / online approaches, and had already decided to work this way prior to the pandemic. I believe in this mode of therapy, and undertake professional activities to improve my knowledge and experience of online practice.
This way of accessing therapy has some significant advantages and there is research that demonstrates it's effectiveness. Some people find online / remote therapy more acceptable & effective.
