About me
I'm an experienced, qualified psychotherapist working both in person and online. I work in a creative and collaborative approach. I believe that everyone has a natural tendency for growth and change when given the opportunity and space to get in touch with their inner world.
The therapeutic relationship you and I develop can become a safe space where you can make sense of your experiences, learn more about yourself and allow new understandings and perspectives to emerge.
I am committed to working with you to help you gain a greater sense of empowerment and give you a space that it’s just yours. I can also support you to better understand the connection between your mind and body.
Due to my personal and professional experiences, I have a special interest in working with:
- Anxiety and stress
- Depression
- Identity issues and life transitions
- Challenges of being an expat/ migrant
- Chronic health conditions and illnesses (e.g. chronic fatigue syndrome, PCOS, premature ovarian insufficiency, endometriosis)
- Trauma (including childhood trauma, domestic abuse, gender-based violence, intergenerational trauma)
- Relationship issues
- Work-related issues
My practice is gender, sexuality, relationship diversity (GSRD) affirmative and with sensitivity in cultural and racial positioning. I offer a strenght-based approach to working with the whole spectrum of neurodiversity.
Training, qualifications & experience
I moved from Italy to attend university and study Psychology. After working in primary and SEN schools, I trained in psychotherapy.
- MSc in Contemporary Person-centred Psychotherapy and Application - Middlesex University (Metanoia Institute)
- Clinical Diploma in Person-centred Psychotherapy - Metanoia Institute
I have extensive experience helping people with a wide range of issues including traumatic experiences, and chronic health conditions. I have also supported people struggling with the stress of work and relationships, with identity issues, and with life transitions in the context of the current socio-political, environmental, and financial difficulties.
I am fully insured and I abide both by the UKCP and BACP code of ethics.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Further information
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. It is important you feel comfortable with your therapist, so I'll offer the possibility to book a free 20-minute phone call or zoom call without further commitment.
During this time we'll be able to discuss what's bringing you to therapy and decide if it makes sense for both of us to work together. I'll be available to answer questions about my practice.
Once you contact me, I'll aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
Due to the narrow doorway in NW6 and the sets of stairs in N7, neither of my therapy rooms are wheelchair user accessible. However, if you are a wheelchair user, I may be able to arrange home visits depending on location and suitability.
