About me
Come as you are - healing begins in a safe, supportive space where you are free to show up exactly as you are. Reaching out for support takes courage, especially when anger, frustration, or relationship difficulties begin to affect daily life, work, or the people closest to you. My role is not to judge or tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you explore the emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be impacting your relationships and wellbeing.
I specialise in neurodivergency, helping people better understand their emotional responses, recognise triggers, and develop healthier, more constructive ways of communicating and relating to others. Whether it is affecting your relationship with a partner, family members, colleagues, or even yourself, therapy can offer a space to slow things down, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.
You do not need to have the right words or a clear plan before beginning therapy. You are welcome exactly as you are. My aim is to create a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported, so that over time you can build healthier relationships, feel more emotionally grounded, and move through life with greater calm, confidence, and authenticity.

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist with professional training in counselling practice. I work under ongoing clinical supervision and engage in continuous professional development to ensure safe, ethical, and effective client care within a supportive therapeutic space.
I have extensive experience supporting clients across therapeutic, educational, and community settings, helping individuals navigate emotional distress, identity pressures, family and relationship challenges, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and focused on helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical ways to create change.
I work with experiences such as anxiety, depression, anger, shame, stress, emotional numbness, and difficulties with confidence, communication and relationships. This can include feeling disconnected, struggling to express emotions, or finding it hard to cope with pressure, conflict, or loss.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
I support men experiencing anger, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties and the pressure to cope alone. Early sessions focus on making sense of patterns, identifying triggers, and developing practical ways to manage emotions more effectively. As therapy progresses, many men report feeling calmer, more in control, and better able to communicate, cope and move forward.
