About me
Hi, I’m Krishna, and I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but it’s also a powerful act of self-care. As an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, I’m dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges, break free from unhelpful patterns, and build a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and true to you. CBT is an effective, evidence-based approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It’s not just about talking—it’s about learning, practising and growing.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your unique personality, goals, and needs. I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and tailored to your individual experiences.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have 8 years of experience working in mental health and 3 years as a CBT therapist. I have worked within the NHS and private sector.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
