About me

Art psychotherapist, Jungian analyst in training, weaving creativity and insight for 20 years. EMDR Therapist, Clinical supervisor, and lifelong student of the psyche. Senior lecturer passionate about guiding the next generation of psychotherapists.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold an MA in Art Psychotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire (2008), I am currently undertaking clinical training in Jungian Analysis with the International Association of Analytical Psychology,I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative & Transpersonal Supervision from the Psychosynthesis Trust (2017), and I have completed the EMDR postgraduate training with Richman EMDR Training (2025).

My work is informed by a synthesis of transpersonal, creative, psychodynamic, and trauma-focused perspectives. I also offer integration therapy for non-ordinary experiences, supporting clients in making meaning and incorporating insights into everyday life in a grounded and psychologically informed way.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, insecurity, challenges related to self-identity, and relationship difficulties, among other concerns. My approach is to provide a reflective, structured, and professional therapeutic space, tailored to each individual, where both conscious and unconscious processes can be creatively explored in support of psychological healing and integration.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
