About me
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience across NHS mental health and neuropsychology services.
I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, OCD, relationship difficulties, personality difficulties, challenges linked to neurodiversity, and difficulties related to physical health or adjusting to long-term health conditions. I have experience working with both everyday difficulties and more complex, longstanding issues.
I offer a respectful, compassionate space where you feel heard. Seeking support can be a difficult first step, and we can work together at a pace that feels manageable.
My work draws on and is informed by approaches including CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), EMDR, cognitive analytic therapy (CAT), Systemic and narrative therapy and Psychodynamic concepts. Our work would begin with understanding what has been happening for you, how it affects your life, and what you would like to change.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, having completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) at Canterbury Christ Church University. I also hold an MSc in Neuroscience from King’s College London.
My varied experience in mental health spans a range of NHS services, including adult mental health, child and adolescent services, learning disabilities, neuropsychology and Tier 1 specialist neurorehabilitation centres, and a specialist trauma service.
Since qualifying, I have continued to work within adult NHS mental health services, supporting people experiencing both more common psychological difficulties and complex or longstanding difficulties.
Alongside my doctoral training, I have undertaken further training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am currently undertaking Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) practitioner training. My broader therapeutic training and experience include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and approaches informed by DBT, Systemic, and psychodynamic therapies.
My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and PTSD, complex relational and personality difficulties, neurodiversity, neurological and neuropsychiatric conditions, and adjustment to long-term health conditions. I have worked across community, inpatient and specialist services and have experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, formulation and therapy.
As a Clinical Psychologist, my training also extends beyond delivering individual therapy. I have experience in consultation, multidisciplinary team working, clinical supervision, reflective practice and service development. This broader training informs how I understand each person’s difficulties within the context of their relationships, development, health and wider life experiences.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
