About me
I am an experienced counsellor, offering face to face and online sessions. I have availability most weekdays, evenings and Saturdays. I specialise in helping those that are suffering with anxiety, depression, low esteem and ADHD.
I will provide you with a safe, comfortable, non-judgemental space where I will support you, so that we can explore the issues or difficulties you are experiencing, and the goals or changes you wish to make.
Being an integrative counsellor, means that I am trained and experienced in the three main approaches of counselling. Because you are a unique individual I can draw on all three approaches, and my experience to taylor your therapy specifically to you, your needs and goals.
I have worked with a huge range of people form all backgrounds and cultures, ethnicity and LGBGT communities.
I am also a trained bereavement counsellor and have previously worked for a local hospice, helping those that are suffering with bereavement greif and loss.
I also offer 'Walk and Talk' therapy, this is an alternative to traditional talk therapy, where the therapist and the client sit in a room and talk face to face. It has physical, emotional, and mental benefits, providing an opportunity to engage in physical activity while getting therapy, which can improve overall health and well-being.
I offer home visits within the Chelmsford, witham, Maldon and surrounding areas. This can help those clients that may feel they cannot work with zoom, don't have computer access, or have mobility issues, and would preffer face to face therapy.
Please see my website for more details. You can contact me by phone or email to arrange a free no-obligation 15 minute consultation.
