About me
Hello, I’m Kevin, a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor based in Bridgeton, Glasgow, and a registered member of the BACP.
I currently have availability to see new clients face-to-face in Bridgeton, as well as online via Zoom, by phone, and through walk and talk therapy around Glasgow.
Many people come to counselling feeling unsure if it’s the right step, or not quite knowing what they want to talk about. You might feel curious but hesitant, or aware that something in your life feels difficult right now.
I offer a calm, relaxed, and unhurried space where you can feel fully heard and accepted, in my peaceful private therapy room.
I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship difficulties, ADHD, low self-esteem, trauma, addiction, stress, anger, bereavement, and more.
If you’re struggling, the most courageous thing you can do is reach out. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, you don’t have to face it alone.
How Counselling With Me Can Help
Counselling offers a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours, helping you gain a deeper understanding of what may be affecting you.
I’m an Integrative Counsellor, meaning I’m trained in a range of therapeutic modalities and draw on these to tailor an approach that is specific to your needs.
My approach isn’t about changing you or telling you what to do. Instead, it’s about supporting you to understand yourself more deeply and find a way forward that feels meaningful for you.
Through this process, we will build a strong and trusting relationship where you have the freedom to be fully yourself.
While there are no guarantees in life, my aim is to support you in uncovering the answers to the questions that brought you here — answers that already exist within you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I understand that taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, especially when you’re reaching out to someone you don’t yet know.
If you send me a message, we can arrange a day and time that suits you for a relaxed conversation about what’s brought you to counselling and what you might hope to gain from it. I can share more about how I work, and we can begin to explore whether working together feels right for you.
There is no pressure or obligation to continue — this is simply an opportunity to ask questions and see if I’m the right fit for you.
