About me

I am a strong believer in that there will always be a reason why you meet people, either you need them to change your life or you're the one to change theirs.

I can offer you a safe place to process, grow and learn about how you can help yourself, in a confidential, safe environment. I will work with you the best way for you and believe that there is no issue too big or too small. If your problems make your life hard and difficult, together we can work in a way that will allow for positive changes for the better.

I am an Integrative Counsellor with a passion to help people with their mental health. I am qualified to a degree level and as an Integrative Counsellor, I use the three main therapeutic approaches and tailor the sessions to your needs as I believe that your therapy should suit your needs. (Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic).

I adhere to the BACP ethical framework and ensure that I am ethical within my work through having regular supervision and I participate in continued professional development courses to further my knowledge and understanding.

Due to the current restrictions, I am able to offer online by Zoom or telephone sessions.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
