About me
Taking the first step towards change can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to do it alone. Counselling offers a supportive, compassionate space where you can explore what’s going on for you and begin your journey forward with confidence.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor them to suit your unique needs. This flexible way of working allows us to explore whatever you’re facing — whether that’s anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck — in a way that feels right for you.
I offer a safe, calm, and non-judgemental space built on trust and genuine understanding. Together, we can explore the parts of your life that feel heavy or confusing and gradually reconnect you with your strengths, values, and sense of self.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do. Instead, I walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, uncover what’s beneath the surface, and find meaningful ways forward, using tools and techniques that work for you. With the right support, you can feel more grounded, more empowered, and more in control of your life.
You are the expert in your own story — sometimes we just need someone to help us hear ourselves again.
Please note that I work with age 11+

Training, qualifications & experience
I have experience working with children, young people, and adults from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. I regularly support clients through challenges such as grief, abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, and eating disorders.
My four years working in a secondary school gave me valuable insight into how early experiences shape us — not only as individuals, but within families and relationships. I understand the importance of offering a calm, supportive environment where both past and present difficulties can be safely explored. From here, clients often begin to rebuild resilience, reconnect with their strengths, and develop tools to navigate future challenges.
I’ve been in private practice for five years and currently offer both in-person and online counselling to suit your needs and lifestyle.
Working together
Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can ask questions, get a sense of how we might work together, and decide whether I’m the right fit for you — with no pressure to continue.
If you choose to move forward, I provide flexible session times throughout the week at a competitive rate.
