About me

Taking the first step towards change can feel overwhelming — but you're not alone. Counselling offers the support, guidance, and space you need to begin your journey with confidence and care.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to tailor support to suit your individual needs. This flexible style means we can work in a way that feels right for you — whether you're facing anxiety, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck.

In our work together, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space built on trust and understanding. Here, you can begin to explore the areas of your life that feel difficult to navigate and, over time, reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of self.

My role isn’t to give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you as you uncover the deeper reasons behind your challenges and discover new ways forward. With the right support, you can begin to feel more empowered, more in control — and ultimately, become your own best guide.

You are already the expert in your own life. Sometimes, we just need someone to help us find the way back to ourselves.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have experience working with children, young people, and adults from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures, supporting clients through a variety of challenges — including grief, abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, and eating disorders.

My time working in a secondary school for four years gave me valuable insight into how early life experiences can shape not only young people but also the wider family dynamic. I understand the importance of creating a calm, supportive environment where current and past difficulties can be safely explored. From here, we can begin to rebuild resilience, rediscover inner strength, and develop tools to navigate future challenges with confidence.

I’ve been in private practice for five years and currently offer both in-person and online counselling sessions to suit your needs and lifestyle.

Working Together
Finding the right therapist is an essential part of the process. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute consultation, giving you a chance to ask any questions and get a feel for how we might work together — with no obligation to continue.

If you decide we’re a good fit, I offer flexible session times throughout the week at a competitive rate.
