Re-set Counselling offers an affordable fee of £40.00 for up to 60 minutes.
As an experienced Counsellor and having worked in Mental Health for many years, I run my own practice with the highest level of competency, abiding by ethical guidelines. I am committed to professional continuing development to enhance my knowledge, to help, encourage and guide you to make sense of your life.
I work with clients in short term and long term Counselling.
Counselling is very different from talking with friends and family and can help blocks that prevent you from moving forward..
Re-Set Counselling provides a safe, confidential, non judgemental environment where you will be able to express and share your feelings with me realising that you are not alone.
My role is not to give advice, but to listen to your concerns, and fears. I have helped many people over the years to improve their lives, understanding as an individual we are all unique and respond to life events in different ways.
If you would like to book a appointment. Please e-mail, text or phone with any queries and we can start from there. If you would prefer to have a telephone consultation please leave your number and your availability and I will return your call.
