About me

Hi, I’m Kelly.

I am an experienced bereavement specialist, trauma therapist and Founder & CEO of a baby loss charity. As a lead therapist, I am trained in Integrative Counselling, Hypno-Analysis, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I am a teacher, trainer, and advocate for mental health and emotional wellbeing. I also bring significant lived experience of loss, grief, and major life changes, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges many clients face.

I am here to support you through every stage of your journey, from the immediate impact of loss to the emotional processing, healing and adjustment that follow.

Together, we can work towards helping you reconnect with yourself after significant life changes, develop self-compassion and create practical ways to care for your emotional wellbeing. I will walk alongside you as you gradually move forward, navigating the path from raw grief towards hope, growth and a future that feels meaningful again.

My approach is calm, compassionate, respectful and understanding. I honour the complexity of loss while gently supporting and encouraging you to embrace your own strength, resilience and the possibilities of a new beginning.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information

I work in a unique and flexible way, combining counselling, hypnosis and coaching to support you on multiple levels.

Through talking therapy, we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences to build understanding, process emotions and create meaningful change at a conscious level.

Hypnosis allows us to work with the subconscious mind, helping to address deeper patterns, beliefs and emotional responses that may be holding you back.

Alongside this, coaching provides practical tools, strategies and goal-focused support to help you move forward with confidence in your everyday life.

Drawing on my extensive training and experience across these approaches, I tailor each session to your individual needs, ensuring you receive the right blend of support, insight and practical guidance for your unique circumstances.
