About me
I am qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT, BABCP accredited) and a HCPC registered Psychologist. I have completed a BSc Hons in Psychology and Criminology, MSc in Forensic Psychology, PGDip in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and a PgD Practitioner Programme in Forensic Psychology. I am Currently studying to become a Doctor of Psychology.
I have over 12 years’ experience in the NHS, HMPS, private healthcare, community mental health and secure hospitals. I am a lecturer and supervisor at Hertfordshire University as well as working with mentally disordered offenders and running a successful private clinic.
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a range of other modalities including Mindfulness based therapy, Schema Therapy, DBT informed and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I provide an understanding setting to help you to explore your current difficulties. I am able to provide a different perspective from a non-judgemental and supportive standpoint. I can provide a safe place to discuss your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. From there we will be able to change the way you think and behave in order for you to feel in a better position to live the life you want. Every client is unique and I pride myself in assisting my clients in rejuvenating themselves and equipping them with the skills and coping strategies so they are able to face life with confidence in themselves and their abilities. Which will support you in getting back to leading a fulfilling life.

I offer therapy face to face in Upminster as well as online over video calls. I am passionate about helping individuals to make changes in their life, so they are able to live the life they want or once lived. I wholeheartedly contribute to the movement of ending the stigma around mental health and making a positive difference in this world.

Member organisations
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
