About me
You don’t need to have the right words — just a willingness to begin.
I support adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or going through major life changes. Perhaps life feels heavier than usual, you’re struggling to make sense of your emotions, or you’re finding it hard to cope with everything you’re carrying. Whatever your situation, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My background in hospice work, supporting the elderly and those facing significant transitions, has taught me the importance of kindness, presence, and meeting people exactly where they are.
Counselling is about having a safe, steady space to reflect and feel understood. I offer a calm, compassionate environment where you can talk openly and move at a pace that feels right for you. Our first session is simply a chance to meet, explore what’s bringing you here, and see how it feels for you.
My approach is person‑centred and existential, drawing from different therapeutic perspectives to support you as a whole person — your emotions, your relationships, and your search for meaning. Together, we’ll explore not just what you’re feeling, but why it matters and what you may need in order to move forward.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) registered counsellor, offering person‑centred and existential therapy to adults navigating grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
My experience includes supporting individuals through bereavement and palliative journeys within hospice settings, where I developed a calm, grounded approach to holding complex emotions. This work has shaped my ability to meet people with kindness, presence, and sensitivity during moments of uncertainty or change.
Alongside this, I have worked with adults experiencing overwhelm, periods of feeling stuck, or a loss of direction. My aim is to offer a safe, steady space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and reconnect with your own strengths.
