MBACP Online Counselling

About me

Do you find yourself overthinking in relationships, doubting your worth, or feeling anxious more often than you'd like? Perhaps you replay conversations, struggle to trust your instincts, or feel stuck in patterns that leave you drained. You don't have to keep navigating that alone.

I'm Kellie Fulton, MBACP — an integrative counsellor offering online therapy for adults aged 21+. I specialise in anxiety, low self-worth, and the lasting impact of unsafe or controlling relationships.

With over two years in practice and a Level 4 CPCAB qualification, I offer a calm, confidential space where you can slow down and make sense of what's really happening beneath the surface. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, confused by their own reactions, or disconnected from who they used to be — often because of relationship experiences that have quietly shaped the way they see themselves.

My approach is warm and supportive, while also gently challenging when it's needed. I work integratively, drawing from Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches, tailoring every session to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.

Whether anxiety feels relentless, your confidence has taken a knock, or past or present relationships are affecting how you feel about yourself — we can work together to help you feel more grounded, more secure, and more like yourself again.

I currently offer online sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with a limited number of concessionary slots available.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute clarity call to see if we’re a good fit.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
  • Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling
  • Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling
  • Recent CPD - Body Dysmorphia, Domestic Abuse, ADHD in women

I began my counselling studies in 2020 and have taken part in numerous CPDs in topics that interest me and those I would find helpful in my counselling practice.

Previous to studying, I had a 25 year career in global retail head offices, leading and motivating teams.

During my training and now as a volunteer, I provide long term therapy to women at Sutton Women's Centre. This involves supporting women who are at a point of crisis in their lives and have suffered from domestic abuse.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
