About me
Do you find yourself overthinking in relationships, doubting your worth, or feeling anxious more often than you'd like? Maybe you replay conversations, second-guess your instincts, or feel stuck in patterns that leave you worn out. You don't have to keep carrying that on your own.
I'm Kellie Fulton. I work with adults online, mostly around anxiety, low self-worth, and the lasting effects of unsafe or controlling relationships.
A lot of the people I see don't feel "bad enough" to ask for help, they're functioning, getting through the day, but quietly not okay. Often that comes from relationships that have slowly changed how they see themselves. What I offer is an unhurried, confidential space to slow down and make sense of it.
I'm warm and supportive, and honest with you when that's what helps. There's no fixed script, we go at your pace, and the work is shaped around you.
Whatever's brought you here, we can work towards you feeling steadier, more secure, and more like yourself again.
I currently offer online sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with a few concessionary slots available.
If this resonates, you're welcome to book a free 15-minute call to see whether we're a good fit.
Training, qualifications & experience
- CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
- Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling
- Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling
- Recent CPD - Body Dysmorphia, Domestic Abuse, ADHD in women, In to the Light - Impact of Sexual Abuse on Adult Survivors
I began my counselling studies in 2020 and have taken part in numerous CPDs in topics that interest me and those I would find helpful in my counselling practice.
Previous to studying, I had a 25 year career in global retail head offices, leading and motivating teams.
During my training and now as a volunteer, I provide long term therapy to women at Sutton Women's Centre. This involves supporting women who are at a point of crisis in their lives and have suffered from domestic abuse.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
