About me

I am dedicated to providing compassionate counselling to individuals online. My goal is to empower clients to achieve their personal goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.

I am a qualified pluralistic counsellor incorporating person centred, CBT and psychodynamic counselling. 

I can help with a range of issues including stress, grief, depression and difficult childhood for 18 years and older. 

I have extensive experience of how breast cancer can affect mental health and I am available for clients going through treatment or years after treatment.

I completed my COSCA counselling skills certificate at West Lothian College and then went on to complete my diploma with Chrysalis Not for Profit Ltd. I am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
