About me

I am dedicated to providing compassionate counselling to individuals online or face to face. My goal is to empower clients to achieve their personal goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.

I am a qualified pluralistic counsellor incorporating person centred, CBT and psychodynamic counselling. 

I can help with a range of issues including stress, grief, depression and difficult childhood for 18 years and older. 

I have extensive experience of how breast cancer can affect mental health and I am available for clients going through treatment or years after treatment.

I completed my COSCA counselling skills certificate at West Lothian College and then went on to complete my diploma with Chrysalis Not for Profit Ltd. I am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
