About me

Therapy can offer a pause to slow things down and listen more carefully to what’s happening inside, noticing what’s there and what it might need. I work with people who are often carrying a lot, perhaps more than they let others see. Together we take care to make sense of what’s been building beneath the surface, what’s led you here and what feels important to you now.

I work alongside you to create space for what’s been overlooked or hard to stay with alone, so it can be better understood and carried differently over time. My approach is integrative, drawing from developmental, relational and existential thinking, and grounded in the relationship between us.

I'm based in Kensington and Chelsea, London, and work online with adults aged 18 and over across the UK. I'm available on weekdays. Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £75. Limited concessions may be available.

You’re welcome to get in touch. If it feels helpful, we can have a short call to see whether working together feels like a good place to begin.
