About me
Hi, lets explore what's going on in your life - I'm here to help you make sense of whatever it is that is making you feel stuck. My core approach is cognitive behavioural therapy, I can help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours connect.
My aim is to give you the tools to be able to shift whatever it is that isn't working in your life. CBT can be especially helpful for managing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and unhelpful thinking patterns. I also integrate other therapeutic tools and approaches to suit your individual needs.
Within couples work, I strive to help couples become 'unstuck', stop having the same argument on repeat, and feel close again - without turning therapy into a blame game. My work is about creating real connection, clearer communication, and relationship tools to make myself redundant in your life.
Whatever brings you to counselling, my goal is to help you lighten the load and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Foundation Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy
I have worked with Anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, phobias, PTSD, unwanted behaviours, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and communication issues. This list is not exhaustive. I'd be happy to talk through how we can work together.
