About me
Feel like you’re always treading water just to get through the week? Or maybe you’re just ‘plodding’ your way through life, wondering when things got so heavy. I’m here to support you unconditionally and help you figure it out.
Think of me as your co-pilot. I’m here with the map, but you’re the one with your feet on the pedals.
The Vibe
Our sessions are relaxed and informal. There’s no clinical starkness here. All I ask is that you bring your true self and if that means turning up in your comfiest tracksuit or PJ’s with a mug of tea, that is absolutely fine by me.
Technically speaking, I am an accredited NCPS Integrative Counsellor. In plain English? It means I’m fully qualified and insured (I'm legit!), and instead of forcing you into a one-size-fits-all box, I mix and match different therapeutic styles to fit exactly what you need.
Why I Get It
My resilience wasn’t learned from a textbook. I know what it’s like to rebuild a life because I’ve had to do it myself through:
- Divorce and life transitions.
- Adapting to and managing my own chronic illness.
- Walking alongside loved ones dealing with severe mental health struggles, autism, and FND.
- As a parent navigating the complexities of the SEN system, I understand the unique, bone-deep tiredness that comes with fighting a system that isn’t designed for every family.
I’m a real person who has been in the trenches, just like you. You don't have to navigate this alone, I am passionate about supporting you in exploring your challenges.
