About me
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor , I look at what it is you may be struggling with and what goals you would like to achieve in the future, as I like to focus on what we can achieve together, until you are ready to do this alone and have the sufficient tools to do this solo. I offer short and open ended sessions.
I hope to help prospective clients understand their struggles and worries, through different approaches that suit you as an individual person.
I offer Face to face in a central reading location and also in a tilehurst location or I can offer online or telephone counselling as well , I initially offer a free consultation of 20 for minutes to see if I am the right fit for you, and then if you are happy to continue we can then book in a full session which will be 50 minutes.
I work slowly and steady with my clients, my clients gain the tools to learn to manage their difficulties and daily struggles, and use what they learn in counselling to greatly improve their ways of life, and move forward and live life in a different direction, so if you feel that this feels like I am someone you could work with, please get in touch.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been qualified for over 6 years and have I worked with sexual abuse and other forms of abuse and trauma, I specialise in working with clients that are neurodivergent , I have had my private practice for 6 years and during that time my experience has been working with Autism, trauma , sexual abuse and other forms of abuse, PTSD, Anxiety, depression, sleep issues and OCD, hoarding and general low mood and anxiety as well as different forms of depression, i also have experience working with BPD
