About me
Compassionate Counselling for Anxiety, Stress & Neurodivergent Needs
I'm a qualified integrative counsellor offering a warm, non-judgemental space for adults aged 16 and over, either face-to-face in Malmesbury or online via Zoom.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, bereavement, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, therapy offers the opportunity to pause, make sense of what's happening, and discover a way forward that works for you.
I have a particular interest in supporting people with autistic and ADHD traits, OCD, and those who have spent years masking or feeling misunderstood. Rather than focusing on labels alone, I believe every person's needs are unique. Together we'll explore what helps you feel calmer, more resilient and better able to navigate everyday life.
My approach looks beyond symptoms to understand you as a whole person—your experiences, relationships, strengths, values and the patterns that may no longer be serving you. By gaining greater self-understanding and making realistic, sustainable changes, lasting progress becomes possible.
I can help with
• Anxiety, stress and overwhelm
• Relationship difficulties
• Life changes and transitions
• Bereavement and loss
• Autism, ADHD, OCD and neurodivergent needs
• Building confidence and self-understanding
What you can expect
• A confidential, compassionate and accepting space
• To feel genuinely heard and understood
• Practical strategies alongside thoughtful exploration
• Support to create meaningful change—or find acceptance where change isn't possible
