About me
Compassionate Counselling for Anxiety, Stress & Neurodiversity
I’m a qualified counsellor offering a safe, non-judgemental space for adults (16+) - face-to-face in Malmesbury or online via Zoom. I work gently and collaboratively, helping you navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and bereavement.
I have an interest in neurodiversity and highly sensitive people, and I understand how masking, sensory overwhelm, and racing thoughts can affect daily life. My approach blends mindful, present-moment work with practical tools, helping you reduce stress, reframe challenges, and reconnect with who you truly are.
My approach considers you as a whole person — your experiences, the challenges you face, and how your life is currently working for you, or not. Together, we explore the social, historical and psychological influences that have shaped your journey. Small, consistent “atomic habit” changes can create meaningful shifts, often in ways you might not yet imagine. Take that step today towards a calmer, more peaceful way of living.
